Artwork may be e-mailed (sales@supersigns.biz) in virtually any popular format for Mac or PC:
- Please convert fonts to arcs or paths.
- .eps, .ai, .pdf, .jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp - see Exporting Instructions below
- Native files: Corel Draw 13 (X3) or earlier (.cdr) - ** convert all fonts to curves ** , Microsoft Word and Publisher, Adobe Illustrator
Artwork can be sent as follows:

- disk: 3.5", Zip, or CD

PMS Color Matching - FREE (we cannot guarantee exact color match, a satisfactory match will be obtained in most cases)
Special Production
- Full Bleed: Not available on standard sizes or any size aluminum, call for quote on other sizes
- Hole Punching: Standard holes are 3/16"

Gerber Graphics Advantage ver. 5 & 6; Omega; LXI Vinyl Express; SignMate Express, Elite & Pro
1) Go to the "File" drop down menu and
select "Export"
2) Chose the folder you wish to place the file in
(often in the "My Documents" folder)
3) At the option "Save as type:" select
"Encapsulated Post Script .EPS"
4) Type in your filename and accept all other defaults
5) Select "Export" button

FlexiSign ver. 5, 6 & 7; Signlab e6; Composer ES2
1) Go to the "File" drop down menu and
select "Export"
2) Chose the folder you wish place the file in (often
in the "My Documents" folder)

4) Type in your filename and accept all other defaults
5) Select "Save" button

Sign Wizard ver. 4 & 5
1) Go to the "File" drop down menu and
select "Export"

3) At the option "Save as type:" select
"Sign Wizard EPS [*.EPS]"
4) Type in your filename and accept all other defaults
5) Select "Export" button

CorelDRAW ver. 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11
1) Using the left mouse, Select all objects in
layout
2) Go to the "Arrange" drop down menu
and select "Convert To Curves"
3) Go to the "File" drop down menu and
select "Save As"
4) Type in the file name of your choice and select
the folder it is to be saved in
(leave the file type as CDR - CorelDRAW) and accept
all other defaults
5) Select "Save" button

Microsoft Word
1) Save Word files in native format accepting all
standard defaults

1) Go to the "File" drop down menu, move
down to "Export" then slide over to "Adobe

SENDING A FILE IN AN EMAIL
Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP
There are several ways to send a file in an email (i.e. attach a file to an email). This is one method that can be used:
1) Navigate your way to the folder where the file
is actually saved.
(files are often saved in the "My Documents"
folder.)
2) "Right-click" on the file itself and
while holding down the right mouse button,
move up to "Send To" and slide over to
"Mail Recipient"
3) In the "To
" box type: sales@supersigns.biz
4) Down in the text of the message include the following
information:
1. Material: (coroplast, aluminum, magnetic, tags)
2. Thickness (if applicable)
3. Size
4. Quantity
5. Colors of text and background
6. Single sided or double sided and flute direction for coroplast (if applicable)
7. Shipping address
8. Telephone number and fax number (if available)
5) Hit the "Send" button. We will promptly fax or call with a confirmation.
